Former One Direction singer Liam Payne’s funeral was held on the outskirts of London, England, on Wednesday (November 20). On October 17, he fell from a Buenos Aires hotel’s third-floor balcony and was discovered dead outside. His age was thirty-one.

Liam’s family, friends, and former One Direction bandmates attended his burial. The band members experienced an emotional reunion as Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan gathered to pay their final respects to the late vocalist.

Girls Aloud singer Cheryl, who was in a relationship with Payne between 2016 and 2018, was also at the service. Payne’s girlfriend Kate Cassidy joined the mourners, who included fellow Girls Aloud stars Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh.

As they gathered to bid Liam farewell, the vocalists, all dressed in black, seemed genuinely upset. Several netizens all over the world are crying and joining them in their grief after a number of the funeral’s tragic images went viral on social media.

The singer passed away on October 16 at the age of 31 after falling from the third-floor balcony of a hotel in the Argentine capital, Buenos Aires, and dozens of residents and fans have gathered outside the church to offer their final condolences.

When Simon Cowell brought Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, and Niall Horan together to create One Direction on the ITV talent show The X Factor in 2010, Payne became well-known. The prosecutors have opened an inquiry into his death and charged three individuals in relation to the incident.
